Returns Policy

At Work and Wear Direct we make every effort to ensure the products you purchase are delivered to you in perfect condition.

If for any reason you aren’t happy with an item, you can return it for a full refund – subject to our terms and conditions. Full details are below.

Please note – We will replace all faulty personalised (i.e. embroidered or printed) items free of charge. However, we cannot provide refunds on personalised items that are not faulty. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, your item cannot be returned. To arrange an RMA and refund, please speak to the customer services team.

I would like to exchange my goods

We will happily exchange your goods for a different size, fit or colour. You must return the original items in an unused and unworn condition, in their original packaging. If the exchanged item is more expensive, our customer services team will contact you to arrange payment for the difference.

Exchanged goods delivery

You will be asked to pay an additional charge for re-delivery. Please speak to our customer services team for more details.

Delivery charges

We offer free delivery on orders over £99.99 (excluding VAT). If you return your goods, and the total order value is lower than the minimum free delivery threshold, the original delivery charge may be deducted from your refund. Please speak to our customer services team for more details.

How to make a return

  1. Contact us by phone (01702 553698) or email ([email protected] ) with your sales order details to hand.
  2. We’ll send you a return note that you will need to print and include within the packaging.
  3. Your items must be returned in an unworn and unused condition (including original packaging).
  4. You must send your items via RECORDED DELIVERY or a COURIER SERVICE to Work and Wear Direct, Unit 4, Robert Way, Wickford, Essex, SS11 8DD.
  5. We’ll provide a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.

All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
